There will be no refund after on-line purchase of our jewelry. Store credits however can be applied if your are not totally satisfied, under the following three situations.
In the following situations, your payment will be transferred to credit for future on-line purchase from our website (credit valid for three years):
1. You do not come to our office to take the jewelry you have purchased three months after we have advised you to come. Your amount will automatically be transferred to future credit with your order canceled.
2. When you come to to our office to collect your jewelry, after your inspection you do not like it and decide not to take delivery. Your amount will be transferred to future credit.
3. Before you come to pick up your jewelry, you can advise us by email (enquiry@greengshop.com) to change the payment into credit for future purchase in lieu of picking up your jewelry. After receiving your advice, your order will be cancelled, and the payment will be transferred to credit for future purchase.
Please note that once you have taken delivery, the jewelry cannot be returned for store credit.
